SHIPPING

  • All U.S. orders will be delivered within approximately one week.
  • Orders are shipped from New York.
  • A tracking number will be sent to the buyer via email after checkout. The buyer will then be able to track their parcel from dispatch to delivery.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

  • All sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds at this time.
    • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase

LOST PACKAGES

Leimade is not responsible for any packages that are lost by shipping carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). If a package is lost, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with the process.
