SHIPPING

• All U.S. orders will be delivered within approximately one week.
• Orders are shipped from New York.
• A tracking number will be sent to the buyer via email after checkout. The buyer will then be able to track their parcel from dispatch to delivery.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@leimade.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review and approve your request, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return/exchange the product.
• Customers are responsible for following the return instructions. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order.
• We have a 7-day return policy. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
